At RHCSC, we believe the field is one of the best classrooms around. Not just for kids—but for parents, too. Our league is designed to create low-stress, high-fun moments that build connection, spark joy, and sneak in a few life lessons along the way.
Here, kids learn to adapt, to laugh when things go sideways, and to work with new teammates—because teams are randomly assigned, and curveballs (a.k.a. power-ups) are part of the game. They learn that what matters most isn’t the score, but how they show up: with effort, kindness, and a good sense of humor.
And parents? You’re part of it. Cheering, laughing, even joining the action from time to time. Because the memories aren’t just for the kids.
This is soccer reimagined: silly rules, ridiculous trophies, and a whole lot of joy.

Open to rising 7th–9th grade boys and girls. Each player’s sign-up form (age, skill level, etc.) helps us create fun, balanced matchups each week. And if a game starts to get out of hand, don’t worry—“Power Plays” help level the field and keep things fun.
4-week summer season
Meet us on Saturdays for a stand-alone, World Cup-style tournament
Sign up weekly online—no long-term commitment
Teams created at random (or family teams on special “Family Play” weeks)
Small-sided games (3v3 or 4v4) = more touches, faster play, and more fun
Short matches—5 to 6 minutes to keep energy high and games moving
Each week = a fresh start with new teams, new twists, and new memories
And last but not least—the most important info of all… the cost of entry: Dad jokes. One dad joke per kid. Two for adults. Pay in at check-in. The funniest one of the day gets a reward. May the best dad joke win!
Game Day at RHCSC
A little bit soccer. A lotta bit fun.
From the moment you show up on Saturday morning, you’ll know—this isn’t your average league. Kids are grouped into teams and cheered on by a sideline commentary crew made up of fun-loving parents. Expect jokes, nicknames, and shoutouts pulled from each player’s profile—because around here, we take play seriously.
Then comes the gameplay: joyful, creative, and just a little bit chaotic.
At any moment, our commentators—or our official Cat Wrangler (a.k.a. referee)—might unleash a game-changing twist. These “power plays” keep everyone on their toes and remind us how to respond when life throws a curveball.
Sample Power Plays:
Mannequin Mode: Everyone freezes—except the ball carrier, who gets 10 seconds to act.
Third Goal Activated: A bonus goal goes live for a limited time. Score it, earn extra points.
All Hands: For 30 seconds, everyone can use their hands. What could possibly go wrong?
Ball Swap: Ref tosses in a giant beach ball or mini ball mid-game. New ball, new vibe.
Glory Days: An adult joins in as a short-term sub—reliving the glory years (and testing their hamstrings).
Games are short, fast-paced, and played on small-sided fields to keep the energy high and the action constant. When your team isn’t on the field, enjoy the show from the sideline—or jump into one of our quick crowd games. Think youth group-style fun: water balloon tosses, dizzy bat races, mini relays. Simple to run, big on laughs, and open to siblings, parents, and anyone else who’s up for a little extra fun.
